A Christmas Message
The RCHS Committee would like to Thank all of our members who have supported the Society over the past year
Without your membership and loyalty we would not be here. We see many Societies and Clubs all across the country fall due to lack of support and funds
We are in fact growing, and our membership base is better year on year and we hope to continue this trend in 2018. Please do ask your friends to join, the more members we have the stronger our influences can be to getting reasonable rates for all our events
We have a fantastic line up for you in 2018, We have Nick Bailey, TV Presenter, Horticulturalist coming to talk to us in September, we have coach trips in the planning stage and also a members special discount of 20% OFF at Ducks Hill Garden Centre (Conditions Apply) in our new flyer.
Finally the Committee would like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and Fantastic Gardening 2018
We will see you at our Cheese & Wine AGM on Tuesday 20th February 2018 (Free Entrance)
Ruislip Central Horticultural Society is a membership-based, non-profit organisation dedicated to all things horticultural.
The Society acts as a valuable resource to its members on horticultural matters, as well as organising flower shows, talks and events. The RCHS promotes the interests of garden and allotment cultivators, bringing people together who have similar interests, to share experience and knowledge. The society also incorporates a specialist Cactus Section, which holds its own events and meetings, and also has a great part to play in our three shows each year. Membership to the RCHS includes access to all Cactus Section events. It also includes access to the Eastcote Horticultural Society trading centre. See drop down menu above for details.
Membership is open to all, with the group being based around the Ruislip, Uxbridge and Pinner areas. We have members from areas as far as Hayes, Northwood, Moor Park and Watford.
Membership costs a nominal £5 per year, with all proceeds being directed back into the Society.
For 2017 the RCHS has received a Grant kindly awarded by Hillingdon Council Arts Department. We appreciate greatly the help from Hillingdon Council and will be using it for our Floral Art and local Schools Competitions within our Shows
